ZETA  PHI BETA

48th Pacific Regional Leadership Conference

HILTON HOTEL, LOS ANGELES

JUNE 29, 2019

We are so honored and have been rendered speechless by the generosity of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority! We were chosen as 2019's Regional Program Scholarship recipient! Words cannot express our gratitude!

This was an enormous event attended by several hundred esteemed guests.  We were awarded with not only a GIGANTIC cache of supplies, but an amazing monetary gift that will go far in supporting our efforts to help women and girls experiencing homelessness within our local communities.

This donation holds a special place in our hearts because the support from Zeta Phi Beta through the years has been greatly influential in accomplishing our efforts to obtain supplies to help women and girls. They have also been instrumental in helping us sponsor families struggling with homelessness within our communities with gift cards, gas cards, bus passes, meal tickets and vouchers.

It is continued support that sustains our mission and makes all the difference and we are humbled by the support, friendship and open arms that this well loved and uplifting organization has shown to us.

RHO DELTA CHAPTER

April 27, 2019

What an exciting day it is when you meet women that are willing to collaborate for good!

The Alpha Kappa Alpha, Rho Delta Chapter at Cal State San Bernardino took us under their wing and made a HUGE donation of several hundred bags filled to the brim with supplies.

We would like to send a special thanks to Rho Delta President Imani Franklin and President Elizabeth Macon of the Graduate Chapter of Eta Nu Omega for organizing this generous donation. When we received the call from Jua-Nita Williams-Houston, she tried to downplay the volume, we are glad we brought our truck!

The purpose of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women in order to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in college life. We are honored to be selected to have received their gifts and look forward to this amazing relationship.

NEW GENERATION OF WOMEN LEADERS

In honor of Women's History Month, The NC100BWOC collected and put together a giant supply of bags and goodies for us during their "Never The Less, She Persisted Program" held at the Irvine Water District. President, Janice Chafin has organized drives for us in the past and this one is larger than the last! Soaps, lotions, shampoo and hand sanitizer along with feminine hygiene supplies were included in the truckload of bursting colorful bags.

We are extremely grateful to all of the ladies who continue to support us with their time and effort. Thank you Gabriella Jones for helping us with delivery. We are in awe and so honored by this partnership!
